Installed a UR test pipe and a Agency Power catback. Hear a noise not really a rattle but more like a buzzing sound coming from right under the ebrake center console area. It is rpm specific between 3100 to 3300 rpm. It does not happen when I just rev the engine but only when I am moving. Gonna be looking under the car later today so any advice would be appreciated.

 

Make sure you re-attached all the exhaust hangars. If any of them are stretched or worn, replace them.

 

most likely your exhaust hangers are stretching causing the exhaust to rest on the tie-bar creating the rattling, get some kartboy hangers, no biggie
