help with forge wga
I had the same issues at a Dyno Day this spring. It turned out that there were 2 issues. 1) I had bent valves, screwing with my psi build up, 2) the spring in the wastegate was rated between 21-25 psi.
Other than that, I really havent had any problems out of their parts.

The engine valves were bent in an unrelated incident, they were causing my irratice pressure readings. (either 16psi or 25psi nothing between) I was unable to control boost with my MBC.
Replaced the valves and all was fixed.

First and formost... improper adjustment, or using a spring rate too high for your intended purpose can do just that. Make sure you have the preload properly adjusted, and find out what color spring you are running.
I've found the guys at Forge to be very helpful and understanding. When dealing with an angry, frustrated customer, basic human nature can take over no matter how professional someone tries to be. Customer service is helping the customer... NOT being abused by them. Step back, breath, and try again. I've even had true to life axe murderers succumb to my "niceness" when I should have been anything but (don't ask, I work for an Elected Official). Get my drift? The easiest way to make people do what you want, is to have them WANT to!
FWIW... the worst place in the world for average Joe to try had have a problem diagnosed is on the dyno, with the clock ticking, and others in line behind you.

not very much pre-load the bucle fit easy over the flapper....is it possible to break on of these things installing it?because i think it's broke.......
I would first try to pump a little air into the valve and make sure it opens and closes smoothly. A bike pump will work great, make sure there is no binding between the actuator arm and the eye that goes on it. FP has a "how to" on there web-site for adjusting the WGA that may help you out. Looking at those picture it looks like you may need to bend the rod a bit to get it straigt and moving freely a little anti-seize works wonders.

well
The WGA doesn't really do much as long as it holds air and the end doesn't bind you should be good. There's nothing wrong with bending the rod a small amount to make the arm move freely.
this wga is broke, to that crap off my car and put a force performance one on and now it's perfect thanks for your help fellas...im never buying a forge product agian garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
