What kind of turbo are you running? How much pre-load is on the wastegate?

Did you adjust the actuator rod's length so that it just slips freely on and off the flapper valve's pivot arm?

forge

just want to say i bought a bran new for wga from no limit motorsport had it installed by a shop, and the car just overboost no matter what i do,did a million test to the car because i was in denial that a bran new wga could be broke, shure enough it is...called forge today on the phone and they were as rude as could be,told me that something else is def wrong with the car and it cant be the wga........this is not the first time forge stuff broke on my car i had there orginal blow off valve on the car that started leaking,so i replaced it with there new design and that broke to.....so i give up with this company........getting very pissed about to order a 35r with tial everything because they seem like the only company that has a clue........

I had the same issues at a Dyno Day this spring. It turned out that there were 2 issues. 1) I had bent valves, screwing with my psi build up, 2) the spring in the wastegate was rated between 21-25 psi.
Other than that, I really havent had any problems out of their parts.
