I did search. I didn't come up with anything. I personally like the 6.5 Evo. It's my favorite. Well I want to know how it looks was an Evo 6.5 wing on a newer Evo.

Bears quite a bit of similarity to the Evo 8/9 wing, but for the aesthetic attributes I don't have such a keen eye.

The Evo 6.5 is the only car I would pick OVER a drive in a new GTR currently, due to all the talk about how great and how much a drivers car it really is. But, as far as the looks, I can't see adding any appearance parts to a later model and have it look attractive. Just like Altezza lights look great on, you guessed it, an Altezza, they don't look great on an Evo 8.

Thats my opinion, however and I feel that some throw backs can be made, but this is the car that was the highest Evolution of the smaller, boxier style Evo before the Evo 7/8/9 which, IMHO changed the look of the car dramatically.

If anyone has an Evo 6.5 TME in the PA area, I would practically do anything for a drive. Get your minds out of the gutters, people.

 

that seems like a piece of crap car....what kind of car leaks transmission fluid if it only has 5000 miles on it....what a piece of junk...probably got totalled in the wreck or something and they tried to build it back

 

That specific car might be junk, but the 6.5 is pretty much the top of the Evo most wanted list, as far as I know.

 

Yup. I wanted to buy that car, until I noticed that the paint on the front bumper doesn't match. Too bad.

 

If its a true TME and you could get it for a much better price, plus prove its legitimacy to be registered, as well as determine if it has fixable issues, and if its worth it, I would say do it. Not too many chances come by, but looking at it....that car would be under a cover after a couple of months of losing my hair from yanking it out at the roots.

i wouldn't mind having the evo in the movie Who am I?...i think it was a IV...that was the first evo i ever saw....i was like man that car is awesome

 

I don't want to buy the car. I really really want one but, that price is outrageous.

I want to see the 6.5 wing on a newer Evo. I like that wing alot.

I like that wing too. I think any 6.5 is good regardless of some issues.. Anything could be fix, and that car is a true CP9A, not like USDM that buys those plates that says it. I hate people that make their car look like something else or pretending (like ppl who makes their car look like an mr!). Thats just wrong, you should keep your car in it's true identity and value it.

 

If you notice, some of the pictures don't match. In some of them, there is no CF hood or trunk. In others, it shows a CF hood and trunk with no wing. Now I understand he may have installed the CF goodies, but it doesn't state that in the description. So I know I wouldn't trust this car. As sweet as the car itself is, this one looks like junk. Just my $.02
