the past two fills I'd been clicking off like its full when it empty it does it every 2-3 seconds. It very irratating. Scanned It and got code p0441 haven't had time to look it up cause I'm at work right now

 

try not putting the nozzle so far in when u pump gas....or even try a different gas pump...kinda weird but this has happened to me b4.....some pumps do fine and others act up

Thats happened to me before, usually just a freak thing.

 

that happens to me on my jeep wrangler only at this certain gas station by my house. it drives me nuts.

You didn't leave the car running when you filled it did you?

 

well I did to to Two different stations and same thing happened both times. My car has been sitting for about 6 month while I was driving my other car. But I did start it once aweek to keep the battery alive. And no I didn't leave the car on while filling

 

the code your got is for your evap system, it probably has a leak, as for the gas problem, if you filler hose breather is cloged or kinked it will give you those problems you posted when filling up for gas.

 

okay went to third gas station same thing im going to go check the filler breather right now. thanks guys

 

There is also a roll over valve in the filler tube. It can be damaged and will make the gas nozzle think the tank is full.

 

This happen to me when I open the gas cap and my engine is still running.(but i always do it when it will almost gonna shut off(turbo timer). It doesn't happen when its off and also make sure you close the gas cap tight.(just my experience)

 

I had this same problem when i was filling at one certain station in the Seattle area! It would either click off on me all the time or run extremely slow!! like almost 20 mins to fill the tank from E.... I stopped going there and Haven't had a problem since...

 

same thing happens to me where i go to get gas.. pump number 10 works perfectly, but pump #11 clicks on me... so i never scoot up to #11 and ppl behind me get pissed hahah

 

its a glitch in the pump...not ur car
