is that the fstest way to take the turns by having the tires spin like that?

what if they dont spin will the speed be any faster, the reason im asking is it looks like your going pretty slow in the turns??

1st & 2nd videos feature the "for show" run, that's why you see lots of drifting.
3d video was the 2nd timed run, u can see that no more drifting...

Of course the car will be slow in the turns, it's a go kart track, not a car track...
