OK I live i'm stationed in Germany and that looks like my car 3 years ago! Except the other side and my wheel hanging off! It might just get totaled cause you can bet your a-arms ar f**Ked and more hidden damage is there and you just dont know it. Mine didnt get totaled cause here in germany an Evo 8 costs 43,000 euros and thats almost 50 grand! the total repair cost were 19k euro so i was just a hair under the limit to total it. But the germans are AWSOME at fixing frames with lasersand fixed everything to SPEC!

If no frame work is needed, then the damage is like 7-9K.

A new headlight alone is about 1,500 if they're HID. Bumper 700. Hood 800. Fender 700. Hood frame thing - 400. A good body shop will charge a lot just in labor. Mine was similar to yours, however I had aftermarket parts they had to pay for.

You've got some suspension issues there too, it looks like your strut tower brace is a little tweaked. You'll be suprised how quickly that bill gets racked up.

Thanks for the responses. I think they are taking it apart today to get a closer look. I'll update this thread when I know more.

Heres what I know is busted:
1. Driver front fender
2. Front bumper
3. Hood
4. Drive headlight
5. ACD resevoir
6. Air filter

I'm not sure, but I'm wondering if the axel is bent as well causing the wheel to pitch out like that.

Anyone have any pointers or any things to look at? (eg. front diff/acd/etc).
Any tips on dealing with the insurance adjuster?
Appreciate the help. Hopefully this pic will give you a good idea on what kind of damage I have.

Sucks to have the car banged up, but it'll be nice to have a freshly painted hood and another new front bumper.

Time for a

Car is back!
Well after almost two months, I finally got my car back! The rental expense was around 2800$ and the total bill for parts/labor is currently at 8800$ with more coming I think. Here's what was done:
1. New Driver front fender
2. New ACD Pump (2,000$ by the way)
3. New Evo IX front bumper and lower left front grill
4. New Evo IX front lip (the sent the wrong one 3 times - one of the reasons for the 2 month timeline)
5. New paint on both mirrors, front fenders, hood (wasnt busted after all), bumper and lip
6. New JDM MR headlights ($700 from Z1 - thanks guys!)
7. New HID kit (hidevolution - xetronic kit - Evo VIII HID housings and a HID kit were on the car at time of accident)
8. Car color sanded and buffed - all panels

Heres the finished product:
so who and where did you bring it to?
