Always happy to help. A worthwhile investment is a cheapo test light you can get at Autozone, Napa, etc. for a few bucks. It's certainly not expensive because of the crap I buy because of the line of work I'm in. Test probe both sides of the fuse (there's a small section of bare metal on the top) and make sure the test light lights up on both sections.

Make a thread in your local section of the forum to see if any locals have an OBD2 scanner. It can really clear up some headaches and see what the sensors are seeing.

Last but not least, check to make sure you're getting spark.

Im so tempted to buy a walbro fuel pump, even though i doubt i'll put anything in my car after turbo-back exhaust, and intake. Plan on flashing after warranty is up, especially after this little incident. is it too hard to install a fuel pump?

Not at all. Just make sure you get the install kit (roughly $10) which gets you a new filter plus all the trimmings to make the install headache-free as possible. You will want the fuel pump installed as close to the date of the flash (make sure your tuner knows you have a Walbro) to prevent you from running extremely rich for too long. I have a friend that ran the pump for a long time and only averaged 200 miles per tank because the pump delivers more fuel per voltage sensed compared to the stock unit.

First things first, let get the car running again

i put some methyl in the tank to unfreeze anything, i think i'm the only evo owner in the whole state of wyoming. I test lighted the fuses and they are all connected but the whole main row in the engine compartment is not lighting. (the row with the fuel pump ect.)

I believe gas freezes at like -170*f. How much gas is in your tank? I read most of the thread not sure if you mentioned it already.

Stop dicking with it..... have a buddy hook up a tow strap to it and pop the clutch in 1st gear. It will start.

My cammed EVO8 did that do me once last year. It was -18 degrees. It would crank and crank but not pop off. I had a friend give me a little tug and popped the clutch at 10mph .... thing started right up.
