so im completely confused why it is that EVERYONE seems to have to compare the dsm and the evo... and try and turn the evo into a dsm... ITS NOT damnit... like heres an example

very simple..
both are awd(eclipse gsx, talon tsi)
both have a 4g63 motor
they are similar but definately not the same, and i've owned both, love both, but the evo is definately better

Same reason why so many evo owners think that corvettes are POS, SRT-4s are useless, STIs are slow and for old people, etc, a lot of people are self-absorbed about what they drive and really don't give a rat's *** about educating themselves as opposed to talking purely out of their ***.

 

Well, after working on Subbies for three years, I've learned that STis are just Imprezas with a bunch of stuff added on and other things bolted in place of something else.

+1, people dont realise the only reason its not DSM anymore is because dodge and chrysler arent working with mitsu anymore theirfore no more Diamond Star motors

 

I am a big fan of DSM's, my dad has one but this one kid I worked with kept telling me my Evo is a DSM. I wanted to argue with him, but he was too thick headed. I had an argument with the same kid saying blue smoke is rich, black smoke is burning oil.... He said "When you floored it, it looked like you were burning oil...." No retard, I already had this argument with you... I told him 1000 times... when the turbine seal in my Mirage went out, I didn't see BLACK smoke, I saw blue! It's commen ****ing sense!!!!!!!!!!

People are lame...

I also had a teacher in school argue with me that my 2002 Mirage was a DSM! NO!!!!!!! VIN starts with a J my good friend...

Now I'm angry...
