amen to that brother,since earlier this year i have switched to shell gas as well. its abit more pricey but it seems to me that you get more miles per gallon and the car runs smoother on it. i used to use chevron for quite sometime but after making the switch i noticed a big difference.

Theres a sunoco a few towns over from me that sells VP(i think) race gas at the pump lol... i havent been by the station in a while but i remember it was around $7 a gallon

Alfred at Tuning Technologies recommends customers go to the shop with 76 in Southern California. He's seen better results with his extensive numbers of tunes in his shop. However, I was told from a gas station owner that almost all of the stations in San Diego are fed subterraneanly from a central location. Don't know how true that is, I'm still researching. 91 Californians depend on race or meth to get some higher boost numbers, unlike some eastcoast guys running 94 from the pump. We do have to search for the better gas. 91 sucks

i would say shell and then sunoco. but i have no scientific fact to prove it...

I buy my gas from on post gas stations. It is always the least expensive and they have 93 octane.
