Run with only 3 cyl

Hi guys

I hope this thread will help me.
My problem is when I start my car, it sound like a subaru
I remove all sparks, spark 2,3 and 4 is in normal color and the spark 1 is Black.
I decide to change the wire spark plug and the two ignition coil, But the problem is still here.
Than I made a compression Test on each cylinder and the resut is 11 bar +/-0.2 for all
after the test I decide to change all injector But The car still run on 3 cylinder.
I have an EGT sensor on the manifold ( the hole is on the cylinder 1)
and when I start the cear the EGT gauge stay on the 0.

So now I need some help so I you have any idea let me now

I would use a spark checker to be sure the plug is firing. After pulling number 1 spark plug out does it smell like gas? Is it wet?
