my parents ordered me the relocation kit for xmas on Dec15th. they charged them but have not responded to emails and phone calls.
Im gonna report them to the credit card company tomorrow i guess. just watch out if your gonna order it

 

Dude, go read the thread...The turnaround time on these things can take a WHILE.

Don't be so quick to jump the gun, it's a reputable company.

Yes, i understand the back order. however if there is a working phone # that works/rings and no one pics up or returns messages to a company that has clearly stated they will no longer me making their product and are to sell off their remaining....
all back order means is i cant order and buy one that day/wk/month ect till its instock, had they have sold the last one before my order how would like know. an email or anwsering the phone would go a long way

 

Doesn't look like anyone on here read the NEW THREAD that 201 MOTORSPORTS posted about having them in stock over the weekend. Sounds shady to me.

I remember the waiting list for release of it....Rich is a good guy though. You gotta check if these things are in stock.

 

No need to dispute the charges. You can simply request a refund; I don't need our credit card processors to think I'm trying to swindle customers.
