Question...and Ive searched and there are different answers so pls help me understand

I am currently getting tuned and we have made great progress...but for the past week or 2 I have been getting consistent knock between 3 to 4k rpm. Sometimes its 1 knock and sometimes it can go up to 3...from 4k up tho nothin so Im wondering is this bad becuz some threads were sayin that evos are known to knock and that I shouldnt worry...however it is consistent in the same range. Any input would be great

If you dont have a wideband, tune for no knock. You likely have a fairly agressive tune. Try lowering the timing during peak tq.

You are getting konck at peak tq, which most likely means it is not ghost knock. Lower the timing in the 200-260 load blocks from 3-4k rpm's at least 1* and see if that helps.
