Does anyone know how to contact OSiTO-PANDA (Brandon)?

I bought a 2006 Evolution Motor and Transmission on 10/24/07 and paid through PayPal with my Corporate AMEX. The motor and trans have not been delivered and I am not able to get in contact with OSiTO-PANDA (Brandon). His cell phone has been disconnected and he is not responding to emails or pm's. He has been dragging out the delivery for over 2 months now...have I been scammed? Does anyone know where to find this guy or do I just get AMEX to find him?

Now I'm Pissed,

Cleve

Just dispute the charges and get a motor/trans from somebody else.

I think that would be your first sign of being scammed unless he's alerted you otherwise. Contact AMEX.

From what I hear paypal is good with these kind of disputes give them a call & tell them your story get your money back and get your motor and tranny from someone more reputable.

Uh...no, sorry. Contact PayPal if you want the runaround for a couple of months.

If you want your money back, contact AMEX.

He was logged on this morning. If he's not returning any email's of PM's and his phone is disconnected I would be more than worried. File a dispute.

yeah took me 3 months when i got this bunk engine and they will ONLY refund 2000 $ and thats with max protection so i would have lost out of 1500 $, + another 350 for shipping the engine back. so i said *** it and fixed the engine myself.

Since you havent recieved anything it might go alot smoother.

your best bet is saying it was fraud on their part

Contact a mod. They will at least be able to disable the guys selling abilities and close and for sale threads they may have open and file a CC dispute with Amex like everyone else has said. You may even consider trying to file a police report with your local PD.Paypal does suck as everyone has stated. Its almost impossible to get a hold of someone who knows a damn thing and they are even worse with answering e-mails.Good luck.
