My engine bay looks completely stock even though I've added 100+whp.
I suggest:
1. Replace your "intake" with factory air box: What were you thinking?
2. Upgrade the plastic DV to an IX/MR metal DV
3. Add a good 3" downpipe
4. Replace cat with a 2nd 3" muffler
5. Install cams: HKS 264/264 or GSC S1
6. Add a good MBC
7. Upgrade LICP
8. PPI ported ex manifold
9. SS O2 housing
10. A good FMIC
11. EVOGreen Turbo
12. Mellon Tune
This should get you approx. 360whp on 93 on a safe tune, be as quiet as stock, and have very little "cam" lope.

How the hell can a EVO be considered a sleeper?? Its an Evo dude..! Looks mean *** hell from the factory!

Mine's a sleeper for the most part...and I've got like 17k invested in the car.
The only thing in the engine bay out of the ordinary is the air filer, small battery, and uicp.
Exterior wise, you can see the exhaust tip--but that's about it. Not too much in terms of flash or anything.

I removed the giant wing. I also have a real quiet perrin TBE. Drop in filter no tints and all the badges have been removed. It looks nice and sleek and blends in better in Parkway and Turnpike traffic. Never going to be a true sleeper. I had a 70 Cadillac
deville 500 cu. roller rockers milled heads, custom intake, jetted Rochester carb,equal length headers to true dual exhaust. The outside was blood red with white vinal top mixed in with a lot of rust. The interior was almost showroom must have had cigar package a cigar lighter in each of the 4 ashtrays. Anyway that car was a mess but it was fast.
