So I drove to Florida and back around Christmas. (drove through KS, MO, IL, KY, GA, and FL if anyone saw me ) on the LAST day back a screaming yellow 04 mach started playing with me on the highway. So I started playing back...we raced once (which was a waste because I forgot to turn my boost up anyway ). a minute later a cop comes screaming up behind me...pulls me over...108 in a 60 . and they didnt even get the mach (which is fine because it might have made it a street racing ticket).

my question in is; does MO have a point system? or anything like that? My buddy got a ticket in Texas and it didn't effect his points of insurance. I have to go back to Missouri in February to go to court, unless I can get a lawyer to do it over the phone...ugh..

btw Missouri cops are nice as hell. they started talking to me about my car n **** "nice car man, my buddy has one with 600 awhp"..etc..

Please add New Jersey to the most stressful states list along with it's pollution and dirtiness all around not to mention ugly-*** architecture. And in NJ you would probably get tazed for going 40MPH over the limit and in the best case scenario they would make a terrorist out of you and sent you to Guantanamo.

I live in Mo. It sucks...

It would help to know which county you were in though... Missouri does have a point system too. I used to live in Texas for 15 years and your right, they do not.

I live in St. Louis. St. Charles is not too bad of a county, but a big one. You can fix tickets in MO pretty cheap, with a laywer. We have points, but I don't know how it works, only got a ticket out of state... and never really looked into if it came back or anything. I would call Traffic Law or something like that and see, they would know best.

+1

I used to live there may moons ago and had plenty of tickets ammended to lesser non moving violations. Call an attorney and have him knock it down for you. I think the name of my old attorney was Richard Simon.

I can vouch for this. Illinois sucks. So does Virginia. Kentucky is cool, though.

The only thing you have to worry about in KY is the Vehicle Enforcement. They used to be called KY DOT Police. The're basically State Troopers with only one job: giving out traffic citations on the Interstates. Funny thing, though. Most out-of-staters get tickets in KY for driving in the left hand lane on the Interstate. I guess they come from states that don't promote the "keep right except to pass" rule.
