Well, after an accident like this, where he probably thought he was going to DIE (you WOULD think that if you were doing 80 and slid out of control in a car with no roll-cage) he will probably straighten up a little bit.

I used to do some crazy stuff when I was younger up in the mountains in SW virginia- but 80mph through that is beyond what i think anyone could possibly judge as being possible...with ANY car!

You live, you learn. Take this as a lesson...next time you might not be so lucky.

Personally I sould go with the SE lip. Looks clean IMHO.

-Good luck with being flamed.

=p

Ive done it a million times befor and been ok, but this time i learned my lesson.
Any aftermarket bumper suggestions? I wanted to get something with kanards. Anything not too pricey.

Thanks
Another reason not to like Notre Dame.

Crash/die in something else, my insurance is expensive enough.

Don't file an insurance claim.

not realy proud at all. Im just glad my evo is ok with only $300 in damage.
The reason i go to have some fun on that road is that its a closed road and has about 10 turns like that. Its a deadend.

i would never try something like that anywhere i could hurt someone. People who say im an idiot, look at ureselves first. Im sure u have done something stupid before. I made a mistake and acknowledge it.

OP,

I've been shopping around for undertrays and Kamispeed has the best price I have seen on the net for the beatrush undertray...295 instead of 431 (which I saw on bulletproof's site). If you are driving in those conditions, maybe a WORKS Croxx II plate might be good too. I don't know about those hooks for the lip though....good luck and disregard the flamers...**** happens

Honestly I wouldn't go crazy with looking for another undertray. All my friends with evo's end up taking the undertray off because of the hassle involved with removing it everytime you have to access anything in that area.

It looks like the bumper's alright, I'd just purchase a C/F aftermarket lip that replaces the stock lip.
