you might think you will be able to tell but you wont. it could be off by fractions and throw everything off. just leave it like you want it the first time

Yes it will. Ride height adjustments will alter your toe and camber slightly. If you raise the car you get less negative camber and toe out, if you lower the car you get more negative camber and more toe in. Depending upon how much you change the height the toe change could be minimal to severe.
