Lugs with BBS wheels

Will regular 12M 1.5 acorn style lugs work with the BBS wheels? Those with these wheels know the stock lugs are similar to the acorn, but not quite. I am wondering if the stockers serve for some sort of spacing of the wheels. Has anyone used regular acorn style lugs, say from Advanced, with their BBS wheels?

Are the lugs for the BBS shank style lugs? Shank style lugs have a cylinder shape and sometimes are topped off with a captive washer.

Here's aftermarket open-ended lugs that work with Mitsubishi wheels that need a shank-type lug nut:

Acorn style lug nuts won't work for wheels that need a shank type lug.

Brandon Mitsubishi. 9915 Adamo Drive (Hwy. 50), Tampa, FL. Tel. 813-628-4444. $4.27 each. Ouch! They have 20 in stock, though.

Thanks for the heads up on the aftermarket ones. Does anyone know of any that are lightweight/colored that will work. I looked some today and all I saw online appeared to be acorn as well. I would rather buy some lighter ones with some color if I am going to be spending $90 anyway. Thanks again this was has been much more helpful

I tried looking for different shank style lugs. Nobody has them that fit evos. The only black ones i found had too long of a shank and would need to be modified so I said F-it and just kept the stockers.
