Mike, i would look at the rear diff. support and the lightweight center member from buschur if you want to save some more weight.
Funny you said that last night me and dudical were thinking of all things to help launching better also shaving weight and both those had came up. so we will see.

but the main thing right now on the plate is to get the car running.

I gave up on my Evo, sold it and traded in on a G35 all wheel drive... But fast cars are going to be on my list for my life. The GTR is going to be my next mission... Alittle bit faster than the Stock Evo is!

Last time I spoke to AMS they were all sold out of the rear diff support.

Could always go for the buschur one. It saves 12lbs and supposedly helps with the launch, although I think it is a big pain to install and you might need an alignment after the install. So maybe should do i before coil-overs so we can do an alignment after all the suspension stuff is in.

wow the grammar and spelling were impressive. Firefox has a built in spell check.
I don't know if it's because of 2008 but every new post i look at has the worst grammar.

Good luck with your build and diction.

That is super pricey for just a few pounds on a stock turbo car. Its almost pointless to keep the car stock turbo much longer after he runs 10's. Its a fully gutted/lightened race car thats used on the street . The car seems confused, likes it's lost it's perspective. Maybe its just my difference in opinion in order of modification, metaphorically it seems like the stock turbo is held on by a thread. Just put a 35R on it with the built motor and run mid 9's all day.

As always I wish you nothing but good luck Mike.
