What aftermarket parts can I buy to make my 03 evo louder and what are the parts that are going to make it the loudest?

Take off the air box, remove exhaust, and get an HKS SS blow off valve. Make sure you vent to atmosphere.....oh and don't worry about a tune. Evos don't need to be tuned with basic mods.

Put on a flame suit.

So you don't care about performance....or doing the wrong thing to hurt the car.....just loudness.

IMO you should spend $4.99 at sears for a screwdriver.
Poke whole in stock muffler.
and your all set. Should be louder.
