Boost Controller/gauge

Hi everyone, I will be trading my s2000 for an evo on monday and have a few questions to ask because I am young and also new to evos = no knowledge/in need of your advice.
So, I want my first mod to be a boost controller+boost gauge and I dont know which route to go with. I want something simple where I can be able to control my boost from in the car that looks "clean." So far based on my research on these forums/google, I narrowed it down to the AEM TRU BOOST Electronic Boost Controller and the Greddy Profec B-Spec2 Boost Controller.
If I were to get the AEM boost controller would I no longer need a boost gauge? Which is a better controller overall and which is more budget friendly. Go easy on me, its my 2nd post on here and I am really excited to join this evo community btw!! Thanks in advance!

AEM Tru boost doubles as a boost controller and gauge.

I got the AEM, really bang for the buck, reads psi, bar, whatever you want, plus the nice LED alarm for spiking and the digital display. But very important, it's a 52mm standard housing and looks great on my pillar mount.

K guys thanks a lot!!! Now I gotta find a good price, does anyone have a used one?
Also, the pulley is 85$ on ebay and they claim 4-6 hp dyno proven? I also found it hard to believe, but for 85$ getting even 3 hp, thats pretty good imo.
