not at all its sales will help 8-9's increase or hold value a bit longer

 

It wouldn't surprise me if the VIII and IX depreciate in value..... What car doesn't. But hey. I bought my car wrecked and fixed it. It's a wonderful way to save money. I paid 12,000 for the car and now I've got prolly around 18,000 in it. 2005 with 20,000 miles.

 

Hopefully Evo VIII/IXs don't have a "nostalgia factor" like the turbo cars of the 90s, and depreciate like any car should (So I could afford one)

 

Unfortunately you will always have a salvage title on your vehicle so no matter how much you put into it, it will always be worth less in the eyes of most buyers so your comment really doesn't make sense.
