maintenance an clutch pedal issue

I just hit 30k so im due for a full maintenance. im goin to change my plugs, all my fluids, oil and air filter. Recently my clutch pedal has been feeling kinda rough, with the car off it feels normal, but when driving it gets rough, mainly in between shifts while engaging. What maintenance can i do to the clutch to try to clear that up, and possibly make the clutch drive a little smoother.

All you can really do is adj. the clutch rod for a little more throw. But what your real issue is you need to change the tranny fluid.

You realy should change the drivetrain fluids more often than 30,000 miles. Shop manual calls for 15,000 miles for extreme conditions.
