EVO 8 or 9

Im going to buy an EVO for a build up with a GT30R turbo which EVO whould fit this build?

Evo 8 RS. If you're going to replace a turbo, replace the weakest one (9.8) and the RS is pretty cheap.

yeah, I dont think the mivec matter's once you start making good #'s I cant even tell when it kicks in anymore.

Once you change the turbo everything is the same essentially. No point at all getting a 9 when you can take the money and put it into the 8.

if i was looking to put down 400-500 AWHP would that GT30R be fine or should i go with another one. I was looking at the AMS site for the GT30R it says it will be good but will the numbers lie?
