Thats good then, just dirty i guess. If it was damage a new wheel would have put it over the deductible most likely...

 

I have damage to a slightly lesser extent than yours. I purchased a JDM rear and it took care of most of it but im gonna wait a little and look in to shooting a new coat of black over the car. The commute is eating up the evo's cheap paint. The local shops quoted me 1100 for the dent repair initially. Good luck.
