I would go 05 and up....

I went with no money down and pulled a car loan for 23k which paid for the car, tax, and licensing fees. with 5% apr Im paying 430 a month. I'm sure if your parents co sign for you on a loan you should be able to get a good interest rate.

310x4=1240/month. I dunno what you paid but I'd say its affordable based on that. If he's not payin rent what else is there to spend the money on?

I guess if you have no plans to move out or save money, it's fine. His payment would be ~500 a month, and I bet his insurance would be ~2-300 a month. Gas is at least another 100.

I guess if you don't mind spending 75% of your monthly income on a car, then do it.

Well I can only base this off my own experience owning an evo, which is 460/month plus insurance which is about 140 a month so thats only 600/month. I'd go for it (if you like cars as much as I do )

Remember if you bought a Used Evo, the warranty is not transferred. To maintain a Evo properly would probably cost $58-88 per month. Thats about $3500-5280 for 5 years.

ha you think 10.9% is bad try freaking 13% interest. I'm trying to get it refinanced here in the next month to get the interest lower.

With your income and the 03's being the most problematic of the Evos (also the fact that they will be the highest mileage and most likely beaten,) you should look for something else. Always better to have a newer ****tier car than a nicer older car.
