HVAC color change

Hi I have a Lancer and I don't know how to open the HVAC controls to change the lights color. Even it's not an EVO, I saw that only EVOs here have the same HVAC controls like mine, that's why the topic is here so please don't move it .I don't like the white color and I want to have it red. Maybe someone has the same controls and can help me. Thanks.

I had a couple Jettas and fell in love with the violet / red combo. I changed my Frontiers interior lights to all red from green. There are "lightbulb condoms" that are all different colors that you can get or swap them out to colored led's. This is the site I got mine from, just make sure they are the correct size for the bulbs :http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage....ctGroup_ID=911

and here is a good write up from our nemesis NASIOC for a good example on how to haha: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...t=change+clock Hope that helps! post up some pics!

Thanks for the help but I still don't know how to reach the bulbs on my car. I tried to pull the buttons but nothing.

Pull the buttons off and there are two screws to remove. Once you do that get a skinny flathead and nicely pry the panel out. Should pop out easily, then you can pretty much see where to go from there
