no, its not

The diameter inside the muffler is less than 3 inches and i believe the piping tapers down to 2.75".

I have the HKS Spec-R Ti Catback. It is very silent when cruising/normal driving, but amazing at WOT.
Having said that, if I had the chance to decide again, I would rather get a full 3 inch catback, Ti or SS wouldn't matter. I bought a garage HRS test pipe, and then I understood what a real 3 inch pipe with no neckdown looks like. The HKS one looks tiny in comparison.

i have had the ebay tbe for over a year with no issues. sounds great but definately is pretty loud.. cant beat $199 for a TBE

Before buying the Buschur, either first talk to whoever you intend to install it, or if you're doing it yourself, talk to someone who has. The fit is a little difficult to get right.

I have an Ebay clone of the Megan TBE that I am very happy with.
