Clutch pressure, need input.

Just curious, I've got an Exedy HD Twin Disk and it still grabs and holds like it did when it was new however, the clutch peddle is starting to feel way too easy to push in, even easier then stock. Is something starting to give? I don't know much about this stuff but I know what I'm feeling isn't normal and it seems to be getting easier to push everyday.

Thanks for the input.

Mike

Whoever did the install didn't bleed out the clutch/brake fluid and so there is air in the system.

Edit: Follow this link for more info on how to bleed the system: http://evomoto.com/tech_info.php?tPa...024941df655e1c

Really? Is this something that's remedied fairly easily? Can I just have someone bleed the system?

By the way, the clutch is only about 1 1/2 years old. The clutch still grabs and holds like a mother especially with the power I have.

Thanks for the input guys...

This is a two-man job without the speed bleeders: one to push and pull the clutch pedal while your partner monitors the process and lossen/tighten the bleeder.

With the speed bleeders, you can pump out the air in the system and not worry about having to open and close the bleeder since it has a one-way check valve that allows the air and fluid to go out and nothing back in.

This is the same info from the link that I posted before.
