Agreed with awd ftw on that one...thought i will say, I have run a 335i *not at the track* (yeah i know pretty hypocrytical of me eh?) and we were pretty much door-to-door, although he started to pull when we were well into triple digits. He was pretty happy till the road got a lil windy...he couldnt keep up at all then; dont know if it was the car or he didnt have the sack to do it, or maybe a lil of both...all I have is a drop-in and TBE

 

by the way I the OP Has been to a drag strip before (well assuming by his posted 1/4 mi.).. so I think he has a few braincells in his head and has access to a strip

 

335i are TT if I remember right..about even stock 1/4 mile times. It's a drivers race bud. Leave his a** off the line with a good launch and you should be ok

 

ya it just pissed me off cause i hear he runs his mouth about me and my car but that really didnt bother me as much as what he did today, but it wont be long and ill have a tbe which should make a difference

 

Same driver the evo would win all day. I drove my buddies new 335i with a piggyback and high flow air filter it was indeed a nice car, fast but not fast enough. Take them to the track and see

 

From a dig he's lunch, over 100mph he'll walk you... On the track you should win as you won't see much over 100mph.

I don't condone street racing so don't think I'm telling you to take it to the interstate.
