Clutch Chatter - ACT Street Clutch
Maybe I'm just not use to it yet. I noticed a slight vibration in the pedal for a few days and that has resided. This chatter will also probably subside in the coming weeks. Hopefully...And yes it is much tougher to engage these clutches when compared to the OEM's. You really do have to rev the car up to 2K rpms before there's enough contact to take off without slippage.
I kinda had that same thing, i think it was more paranoya than anything...as soon as you install anything on a car, you hear something you think wasn't there before and start to panic....i have that same clutch...got it from chris at no limit matter a fact..shot out to them
....but anywho..
at first it seemed to have that "coffe grinding" noise, but it seemed ot go away, i dont really hear anything now on decel......yes first engagement when its first installed is very different and kinda jagged sharp buckin....after first few times pulling off you get used to it, and i think with time the noise will subdue.
