White paint specks all over! :(

I have white paint specks all over the front of my car... on my windshield, headlights, and paint.. it looks like it's latex based, but i can't really tell.

can somebody suggest some stuff i can use to try to take it off? so far, the specks have survived a few hand washes on the windshield, i tried to use a razor blade to scratch the paint off, but did not have any luck.

i believe they make a product sold @ your local past store to polish it off the glass with rotary drill... As far as the paint on the paint that is going to take some effort..... perhaps claybar or rubbing compound?

I would first try a cleaner wax, if that doesn't work you may want to try a clay bar. If neither of those work, I would then try rubbing alcohol (or something that has no more than 3% of isopropyl alcohol). Hopefully that helps.

Don't worry, go buy some claybar and you will see what it can do.

Same thing happened to a Honda I used to own by a jerk neighbor who decided to paint on a windy day..... a claybar helped to almost completely take it all off.
