are the stock HIDs on the evos 8000k?

I believe they are somewhere near 5200?? Thats what I remember reading on here.

I believe their 4300K, but the projector lens has a blue tint in it that makes it look blueish.

ALL oem HID setups are between 4100k-4300k.

Any increase in bulb temp will sacrifice light output on the ground.

FYI, the projectors on the IX's just have a bluish/green painted shield inside the projector and does NOT affect the color of the setup. The obvious way to change color is get a higher temp bulb, but the cutoff (how sharp it is) has alot to do with color (around the cutoff) as well.
