Question Any special order for head stud removal?!?!?!?

Wondering if there is a certian sequence for removing the stock head bolt them installing ARP's?

COM ON IVE SEEN A SPECIAL ORDER ON HERE JUST CANT FIND IT

Yes do a search. Work from the middle out when you torque down the new ones.

the only things iv read say don't do one at a time. too risky. take head off replace head gasket then put in ur studs

Here you go. This is the torque sequence i found in a thread when i did a search.

Intake side
^
8 6 1 3 9

10 4 2 5 7
\/
Exhaust Side

If you want i will scan a copy of the service manual im just too lazy to go get it. The best way is to take the head off and do them all with a new headgasket but allot of people have done the 1 by 1 method and it has worked.

Yea I took my head off when I did mine but I did cams, springs, retainers, Hondata IM gasket, and all the timing components at that time too. Buschur does the one by one method with great sucess

MANY people on her have done it that way MANY times with success. So you def. can do it that way.
