how important is it run a fuel pressure regulator on a walbro 255 LPH

And what else do I have to have to run this pump

what they said.... and with small mods the VIII is already maxing the stocker. Mine was for sure. Installed the Walbro the other day and now I just need a tune. AFR's are rich now but before I was too lean even when trying to richen the fuel, above 5000k RPM, it was at 12.5 AFR. scary.
