so i have a remote start on my car and my tuner told me that i am unable to have both the 2step and remote start at the same time.. im thinking its because of the clutch, and how the remote start makes the car think its there when stationary.. so wanted to know if there was a way to run both, either with a relay or switch..

 

It may have to do with a sensor knowing when the clutch is actually engaged. The sensor was probably disabled. This is done so you can start your car without putting the clutch in, but if your ECU doesn't know the clutch is in, then it doesn't know to do the 2 step. Now, as to what/where the sensor is...I don't know.
