Hi, I have a 2003 Evo and I need to replace my windshield for the second time... I'm sick of the light and weak Evo windshield cracking on me. Will the higher weight 03 Lancer windshield fit an 03 Evo? Does anyone have one on their Evo?

 

i believe it does... run a search though as this has been covered many many times

 

it can fit, but the EVO glass while lighter, is also cut a bit different. this will cause problems with the trim peices coming loose at high speeds, and you will need to do something about the review mirror since the EVO doesn't share the same mirror assembly.

 

In a word, yes. I had mine replaced with a regular Lancer windshield and have had no problems with it.

 

Mine is a Lancer windshield. The rearview mirror assembly has to be remounted because they are in different positions.
