It would be very nice to have a price range for each pieces. ~minimum to ~maximum

My first upgrade was a KMS intake. should my next be a ETS intercoller or ETS exhaust? its hot and humid in houston.

Exhaust yes. Intercooler no.
The more air flow in and exhaust out the better. So bigger exhaust will help with power.
Intercooler is mainly used to lower intake temps, unless your running big power, then intercooler upgrade won't do much.
