Nope. The original 10/100 is reduced to 5/60 for the second owner.

Their actually slower in a straight line than evos's with 5-speeds. Instead of paying the extra money for the mr you could instead spend the money buying better wheels, better suspension, and better hids, then the mr comes with, for a 5-speed evo.
Um... I don't know all that. I am new to evos so I don't know nothing about them.

I wouldn't worry too much about the SE's. I do like them and if you track alot and plan on making big power it may be better. Faster in a strait line is BS because they have almost the same exact gear ratios. Top speed the MR will pull away with its better 5th and 6th gear. Also if you travel more the 6sp shifts much smoother and it wont travel down the highway at 3800rpm. They also get better gas mileage. I like my MR alot....if you can get an SE for 2-3k cheaper though it may be worth it.

Yup. thats how much u gotta pay for insurance for high performance cars at teenage.
I am 24 will be 25 at 7 months. if you keep ur record clean till you turn 22 that'll bring it down alot. but if you really want to drive a evo right now the best way to do is put the policy under your parent's name.
