2.3 and 20g "green" 1st dyno
LOL. Are you serious? Why would I take the time to make something like that up? I mean seriously, what could I possibly hope to gain from pulling some random RPM point out of my *** and throwing it out there? Hell, I just watched it happen half a dozen times coming home from work. At highway speeds, the boost is instantaneous at anything over 2000-2100 RPMs.
No logs yet. I'm still tracking down other minor issues.

See when it reaches full boost in 3rd gear and get back to us.

I put the cal in last night but I didnt get a chance to drive it. The idle jumped up to around 2300 rpms. I still have an SAFC that I havent taken out its just wired in giving feed back, everything is set to zero so it's not controlling anything. The throttle says its open and fluxuates between .4 and .6% which would of course rev up the motor a little. I checked under the hood to see if the throttle cable had a bind in it, I just moved the cable back towards the fire wall not to long ago, and the throttle cable portion that is bare right before the spring mechanism has a little slack in it?? Now if anything that would just give play as far as how far down I press the pedal before it opens the butterfly in the TB amirite? I can't figure out why it's doing that. It was 12 oclock at night so I didnt investigate too much.

Ok, so now the car won't start. It just cranks and cranks and cranks. And for some reason, the cal that was on there has been saved as the new one. So I can't switch back to the crap one.

Have you checked the obvious things like spark and fuel concerning the starting issue, or do you think it's a map problem?

I dont have an EGT hooked up.
I think the starting problem is because Mitch is helping me with another map and its not fine tuned for my car. It will start if the motor has started. For example, I loaded the original file, started it and let it run for a minute. Then loaded his file in and then it started up. We are trying to get the idle set for his map on my car.
Mitch my email is slow I just got three of yours haha, trying now.

Update, Car started up after about 4 cranks, pretty much felt like the stock ecu.
The car idled at about 1200, the car was half way to temp. When the car was up to temp it idled at right around 1100ish.
So far so good. But as soon as I gave it throttle, the rpms never dropped back down below 1900. Which oddly enough was the same as the other. Almost as if the throttle was getting stuck. But, the throttle position showed 0%. Hmm... I will drive it around and see what it does.
I really appreciate all the help!!
