Can we clarify this dog deal please. That lady seems like she was more than on alcohol. It looks like she went through a couple of neighbors yards, took down some fences, and then took out two cars including yours In any case, you should thank your lucky stars that you're ok. Her insurance will be paying for it so make sure you negotiate every aftermarket part, labor, and punitive damages. You may walk out of this with a lot of cash in hand.

The deal with the dog: she had another dog that died of old age. Because of that, she's been depressed, according to her family. So she's been drinking and had a poodle or something small on her lap when this happened. Her body and the airbag made the dog mince meat.
