Never thought it would happen to me
Ouch, at least you're okay. It looks as though if she'd hit six inches further back you would've been at a serious risk of injury. They've got to total that. All I can say is maybe you can pick up the pieces with a new X. Good luck.
Depressed, drinking, wahhh wahhh...
The irony, a psychologist was depressed...
All the while driving her Land Rover, probably drinking top shelf liquor living in her 4,200sq. ft. house with oodles of money to spare, and probably depressed because her manicure didn't come out right. Waaahhhh....
Sorry for the Evo, but I wish she ran herself off a cliff instead of into the side of your Evo.

Sorry about your car. It was beautiful and looks like it was well taken care of. That woman was probably self-medicating with alcohol and other drugs. Either way, you should definitely file suit. You should sue for the price of the car plus the emotional distress caused by witnessing the death of a poor dog and the evo. RIP to another Evo. Come to think of it, since our cars are officially out of production, CT9A Evos are declining in numbers every day.
The insurance adjuster is coming to take a look at the damage today. I'm pretty sure it's totalled, but we'll see.
The funny thing, the psychologist that did this... her name is Skidmore. LOL.
