+1 , stock evo will be a big upgrade from the cobalt unless you had alot of work in it..

if your starting from stock, why not just go through all the bolts on, then save for a fpgreen or 35r or whatever you choose. You will need all the bolt ons before the turbo anyway.

Intake, TBE, MBC, Tune and you will be amazed, especially coming from a cobalt.

i went 11.8's with those mods. you should start there
