Improper backing by your part... But she probably didn't know if it was your fault or hers.. I'm sure by now someone has told her that it's your fault and not to pay... Since you guys didn't call the police at the time of the crash, no report will be filed.. And she can just tell you to go pound sand and cry me a river... Nothin you can do but fix your car yourself... Let it go... You're out of gas...

 

Have you spoken to her after the fact? Trying to get someobody with no insurance to pay for YOUR car repair is going to be a toughie. May sure the info on her license is legit and not three addresses ago...

 

i went to the body shop in NJ they say the will do the job for 250.00. and i was thinking about getting a JDM bumper for three hundred dollors more. im just thinking about what to do. The girl called me today I told her not to pay me it was my fault and she told me to forget about what happen. She wants to take me out to eat or something. This whole thing is just werid for me i didnt expect all this to happen.

 

Take you out to dinner......does she know that the girl in your car was your gf....that's an odd gesture. Oh well go for it!

SUp Rey...let me know what you are gonna do. The damage is not big so maybe hold of on the paint or JDM bumper. Unless you really cant stand it. If the paint peels worst, then get a new one or repaint.
