I was pulling out of my driveway slowly the back of my car was already sticking out into the street so the person who hit me could of seen me pull out i guess She just keep going and Scraped the back bumper . I got out of the car and told her what happend you dont see me pulling out. She Looked Nerves. she said she blew the horn and i told her i didnt hear no horn and my girl didnt hear no horn. She just stood quiet. people that saw this accident said it wasnt my fault. She must of been driving fast it mad 3 deep scartches and the paint and alil plastic is come off the car. It Looks Horriable (I just got my car two months ago.)
How much would cost to repaint the whole back bumper Im gonna go to a body shop but i wanna know how much they normally go for My car is Color Red. She's gonna Pay me to repair it.

when we was talking i told her how do you want to do this insurance. she didnt want too do it by that. As i was looking at her car my girl told me she was scoping the inside of my car like if she wanted to steal something.
