Help! '06 Evo IX SE Price???

Help! NADA guides is either awesome or I'm doing something wrong.

I have found a '06 Evo IX SE w/ 16,613 miles for $27,990 by a dealer on autotrader. The link for NADA on the page lists it for $26,400. I called the dealer and spoke up about this, and he said to bring the prinout because they typically sell for LESS than the NADA. Does NADA not account for the SE option which throws everything off?

car dealers will say just about anything to get you to come in. On the other hand you should have no problem getting that car for 26k. Enjoy

Forget this post. I did everything correctly - dealer confirmed it. However, they have decided to not match the nada price.

Mods can delete this thread. Thanks for help, anyway, saywhen.

Go for it, man. I think the IX SE gives you the best of all the versions of the last 4G63 powered Evo!

If I find a good one, I will. This one is nice but I'm not paying over nada for it.

I can not beleive the stealership would not take $1500 off the price to match NADA so they can sell the car to you. They must really want every penny they can get.

Especially if I was going to finance it through them.

FWIW I got an 06 SE with 10k less miles on it for 27 out here, but that was a really hard deal for me to find. Supply and demand out here suggests they can sell them for quite a markup.

Try to get them down to 26k. The worst they can say is "no".

I just looked at the NADA and no it does not account for the SE.

I can't remember how much the SE options added to mine but $1500 over the standard GSR isn't bad, especially for a dealer.

Yes $1500 extra isn't too bad for the SE, i believe from the factory they charged me $1850 for the SE package on my window sticker.

Hmmm.. I'm thinking about this more. Perhaps I will wait until later in the month when dealers are typically more eager for a sale.

Holy! According to your sig your E.T. is amazing with that trap speed, I guess I need to learn how to drive I have 5 mph on you and haven't cut an 11 yet! Congrats to you

Go for the SE, it is the best package as far as I am concerned and it looks mean as hell
