I was being serious. Do I need a special type of grease(if so what kind), or can I use anything?

Find the grease that has the lowest temperature capabilities. As far as removing the old bushings just be patient and use some elbow grease.

Well, that was a ***** to install, but holy crap what a difference!! Shifting is so smooth and direct now.

I just have two more questions...

Why didnt I do this sooner, and why the hell doesn't the Evo come like this from the factory?
