Hello Guys, I've been on the forums for a while now but never got used to how it works.

well, i want to be able to achieve 400 or + WHP on my 06 Evo IX SE.

My current Mods On The Car Are....

3 " Turbo Back
Injen Intake
Upper+lower ICP
FUEL PUMP
1000 CC injectors
aem exhaust cam gear
invidia 02 housing
apr head studs
hks 272/272 Mivec cams
ETS 3" FMIC
Dejon MBC
Ported Intake Manifold
Ported Exhaust Manifold
65 MM Throttle Body


And about a Week, im getting a FP GREEN TURBO. with all the options it came with.

I am currently at 360 WHP, 340 TQ....

I am debating if i should run methanol Injection or not. You guys let me know...



Let Me Know What I Can do as a Mod, to make 400 WHP or more...

I would say run meth most def.

 

Meth should get you up to the 400whp mark and above on a dynojet for sure.

^the meth will put you way over 400 especially with the green turbo man....your good to go

 

how safe is it running meth, and by any chances what are the best ones you can get. people tell me to get snow performance stage 2, and also aquimist or something like that....! thanks for the input guys!

1000cc injectors does that not sound a little high or am I just a nub?

Coil Pack system
Pro lite flywheel
race gas tune
lighter wheels
lighter rotors
all these things will add some hp and will contribute to your goal.

Ya I was like damn 1000cc arnt the big dogs runnin that with there 42r.

 

If you scale the injectors correctly it doesnt matter how big they are...

 

Im sorry, i forgot to mention i also have a ACT HD STREET DISC CLUTCH, ACT PROLITE FLYWHEEL.


anyways, what meth kid you guys (trust) and recommend the most, one of the Tuners out here in So-Cal (not going to say who) told me to run AEM meth kit, because he had sone over 50 installs of those....!!! what do you guys think man!

 

I have a local guy here (Ryan) who ran a 400 WHP cammed, green 20G, meth setup and had detonation and completely trashed #4 piston. He's building a 2.3RR motor as we speak. That's the only really bad case I've seen with meth. I still advocate it even after that incident, because I feel the problem was in the tuning, not the meth kit alone.
