So what would you do if this happened to your EVO?

My EVO was rearended by a truck and I need to replace the rearend (possibly cost-effective to just do rear clip) front bumper, and possibly left fender. I own the car outright and the money to repair can be spent on whatever parts I choose.

My thoughts are Evo 7 front, evo 9 headlights, with a JDM rear, Evo 7 tails, and stock trunk and wing (had CF trunk when hit).

If you do the JDM rear without the crash beam, will you still get the insurance payout? If yes, i say go for it!

I'm considering sticking with the 9 tails, particularly since I only need the right. But I also like the somewhat inconspicuous look of the red lense on the 7's, less fast and furious to me.

I own the car. Clear title, no leins. The insurance cut a check and they have NO say in wether I even spend the money on the car at all.

I'mon the fence about the conversion. I do have a 9 CF hood still in good shape so the front is a toss up. I'm wondering also if I source parts seperately if I'll comeout cheaper. I'm trading off one of my motorcycles for the repairs less the parts, so keeping the out of pocket costs to a minimum will help me use my money on other expenses.

Anyone know of any fitment issues for anything other than stock intercoolers for the 7 bumper? I have an APS unit and intend on keeping it.

I also have an Injen Intake...any known problems for hood clearance on anything other than stock?
